A mother in Missouri is upset that pro-abortion Sen. Claire McCaskill is running robocalls in her state that attack pro-life Senate candidate Todd Akin over his position against abortions in cases of rape or incest.

That’s because, as conservative activist and radio show host Dana Loesh reports, her six-year-old child was subjected to the robocall when she answered the family’s home telephone.

As Loesch writes:

A St. Louis mother is angry after her six year-old child was subjected to a McCaskill robocall about rape and birth control. When she called the McCaskill campaign to inquire about the call, the campaign was huffy and hung up on her after stating “everyone has their opinion.”

The mother explained on my radio show this afternoon that her six year-old answered the phone because he was expecting a call from his father. When the child fell silent for a minute after answering the phone, the mother asked why he wasn’t talking. He then asked her “What is rape?” before handing her the phone. The call took place shortly after 3 p.m. central time this week.

The mother says she wants an apology from the McCaskill campaign for the graphic nature of the call and from the campaign for treating her rudely when she called to ask about the call.
