Upset that pro-life advocates are increasing their presence at abortion clinics on Sundays to help women find abortion alternatives and pray, abortion facilities are apparently now offering women coupons for reduced-cost abortions on the holy day.

According to the Christian Post:

Examples of such offers include the Orlando Women’s Center abortion clinic in Florida, which advertises discounted abortions with the offer: “LIMITED TIME SPECIAL! PRINT THIS PAGE AND BRING IT IN FOR $50 SAVINGS. ONLY ON SUNDAYS!”

Michael Martelli, Executive Director of Maryland Coalition for Life, an anti-abortion group seeking to protect the sanctity of human life, shared with The Christian Post that the practice of collecting money to fund abortions or offering discounted abortions is not uncommon, and that special Sunday discounts are not coincidental — as it is the day many Christians can be found in houses of worship.

“I don’t think there is any coincidence…abortion facilities are facing increasing presence from Christians praying during business hours, and are having to change up their business hours to try to avoid the attention. Carhart does this now in Germantown, he comes in Sunday afternoons, but the churches are coming together to increase the presence EVERY Sunday from 3-5, so people are there,” Martelli shared.

The Orlando Women’s Center abortion clinic has been offering Sunday discounts since at least last November, when writer Stacy Trasancos profiled them at LifeNews.

Following that, a local Planned Parenthood abortion business in California copied the 40 Days for Life campaign, which resulted in saving the lives of more than 700 unborn children from abortion. The abortion business set up its own 40 Days of Prayer for the local abortion center.

“We trust you to decide about your sexuality, having your children, and planning your family,” says a flier promoting the Humbolt County Clergy for Choice event. “We are religious leaders who value all human life.  We accept that religions differ about when life begins. We are here to help.”

“We believe that human life is holy. That’s why we believe in your right to choose to be a parent or not,” the pro-abortion religious leaders continued. “It can be helpful to talk with friends you trust, with licensed counselors, and with whatever religious person you choose.  Humboldt County Clergy are available to talk with you about the spiritual aspects of choice.  Find out more by calling Six Rivers Planned Parenthood.”
