Today, the Susan B. Anthony List announced the launch of a $150,000 radio ad campaign across Michigan in support of Rick Santorum’s candidacy for president and his pro-life leadership. The launch coincides with a six-day bus tour and pro-life grassroots mobilization effort across the state leading up to the Tuesday primary.

The text of the ad has the group strongly supporting Santorum:

Announcer: All the Republicans running for president have the will to win. But having the will to win is not enough.

We need a president who has the will to change our country’s direction. A president who will fight to preserve our religious liberties.

Rick Santorum led the fight in the senate against partial birth abortion…Not because it was easy, but because it was right. Rick Santorum stood up time and again for the rights of women and unborn children… Dedicated to protecting our liberties, so no American is forced to pay for an abortion, no doctor is forced to perform one, and no pharmacist is required to distribute abortion inducing drugs.

The radio ad touts the SBA List pledge that Santorum signed but Mitt Romney did not — he released a pro-life pledge of his own.

Rick Santorum signed the Susan B. Anthony List prolife pledge. Mitt Romney was unwilling to sign the pledge. For people who care about the right to life, Rick Santorum is the only candidate for president. Rick Santorum.  The will to change our country’s direction.

The radio spot will air on News, Christian, Country, Talk and Sports stations in media markets across the state.

“Among the field of strong pro-life candidates in the GOP primary, Rick Santorum stands out as a proven leader.  None of the candidates have the record of consistent leadership that Rick Santorum has demonstrated on these key issues,” said Rep. Marilyn Musgrave, Vice President of Government Affairs at SBA List.
